Lack of training

Hi there my name is Pamela Madide and i visited the FNB branch in Richards Bay, i needed to activate my VISA on my debit cheque card. 1stly there was no one on the floor to direct me as to where to go, at collections there was no one we were told the guy was on lunch and will only be back at 12:00 time was 11:55. 30 minutes later the counter was still empty. a lady by the name of Portia at the service desk helped me after i made a noise, i spoke to a consultant on the phone with regards to my request, the FNB system kept kicking me out and a lady by the name of Karin told me my card is activated for VISA uses seeing that i am using it anyways. a lady by the name os Shallon also came n she said she doesnt know how to help me. Portia called the consultant back and they told me the same thing, Portia was extremely helpful as i spent 2 hours at the bank. question is how do people that work fo 1 company have so many different stories!!! i swicthed to FNB for better banking but after todays experience im not to sure.
