DISSAPOINTED IN FNB!!!

I took a 20 minute walk to FNB plumstead TO COLLECT my CHEQUE CARD. While collecting my card at col the lady told me that i will have to wait to see a consultant to have my card activated. I explained to her why i applied online as this was my problem. I had no time to wait & fill out forms and telephonicaly it would be so much more convenient.

I then went to the bank Manager Gary, who gave me one look and started explaining that he cannot have me jump the queue i told him thaT AT NO POINT DID I SUGGEST THAT, I THEN SAID I CANT SIT HERE AND WAIT FOR 10 PEOPOLE TO BE SEEN BY 3 CONSULTANTS WHICH AT THAT POINT I ONLY HAD 25 MINUTES LEFT OF MY LUNCH. He rplies sarcastically and tells me to answer your question yes out of the 7consultants we only have 3here. He then opens my unopened envelop with my pin in it and my card and rips apart my pin from the paper and tels me to check at the ATM maybe it will work, so i do that only for the ATM to tel me unsuccesful.

So i go back inside he doesnt know how to approach me and in any case i go and have a seat to see a consultant, he notices me doing so. i sit and one of the consultant gets up and calls out a name. i cant go on no characte
