Is it that I need to change Insurance?

My name is Theron and my Aunt bought a car and insured it with Santum Insurance. Unfortunately on the 31 March she bumped into a parking pole at work and damaged the car. She reported the vehicle and the Insurance sent a Towing vehicle to fetch the damaged car. We waited for more than a day, but could understand that it wa sa long weekend and after a week, we are still waiting. When she calls, they tell her that she has to meet an Assessor, and I am asking myself why has she not received her Courtesy car as stipulated in the contract? She is still waiting and nobody is calling to let her know what is happening with her claim. I am just wondering how long will this take place because she could not go to work due to the fact that she does not have a Courtesy Car for the whole of last week. What is wrong with this claim? Please Santam, do something! We are really disappointed to be treated this way. We were left with no chice but to report the bad service recieved here...
