Hi Peter, it is Theron once again! I wrote a report about my Aunt's car that bumbed a lamp post and claimed from the Insurance. They have since given my Aunt a Courtesy Car but then, to my surprise, the car has not been fixed from the panelbeaters and my Aunt has paid the Excess that was requested. My question is, this morning, she received an sms saying that she must return the car to the rental agency. Why is that? How is she to go around because the car is not yet back? I have an insurance with a courtesy option and I know that if the car is not back yet, the car is extended to a period until I get my car, maybe Santum is operating in a different manner? It is not my Aunt's fault that the car is not back. Please Santum, do something?
