Extremely poor service and management from SANTAM!

On June 28th I reported an incident with my vehicle that required repairs to be done to my vehicle. The original assessor has since resigned from Santam. Santam did not inform me of this at any point in time.
It has been over 3 months since the repairs has staretd on my vehicle, with delays coming from Santam due to the repairer waiting for authorisation for parts that needed to be ordered.
When I first received my vehicle back there were defaults in the repair work, which was reported to Santam. Robbie Vice approached me to invistigate my claim.
Today I am told that regardless that i have waited 3 months for my vehicle, Robbie says Santam will not pay for the additional repairs as it was not part of the original claim. Leave the fact that I have been waiting for my vehicle for 3 months, Santam refuses to assist me in! I am not asking for compensation, just repair my vehicle is that so hard?
Never in my life have I been so disgusted with service delivery. Due to Santams negligence my vehicle has not been for a mandatory yearly service interval which will result in a forfeiture of my vehicle's warranty. Is this what I pay Santam for? Take responsibility for your mistakes Santam!!!
