I filled in the Outsurance online form because I figured I may as well get my R400. Yathin gave me a call and helped me with a full car and household quote, and helped me tweak it and play around with things to get it just like how I wanted it. He was patient and didn't mind all my changes.
I eventually decided against changing to Outsurance, but I'm left with a very good impression of their service. He deserves a medal.
