I write in immense frustration with FNB and Discovery credit card division.
In Oct they debited the full outstanding amount on my credit card out of my account which was not my agreement with FNB. We went into the branch to sort the problems out and the branch just made a bigger mess of the account. We asked the bank why my payment terms was changed without my knowledge, my lawyer approached them but they every time just say they will investigate it. In Jan I made payment arrangements in order to get the account balanced for it not to affect my credit record. In Feb the bank again debited R9 000 out of my account which was not the agreed amount. I have again asked that they investigate the account and again I made payment arrangements. I have again made payment arrangements in April and asked for feedback with no response.
The bank is harassing me with threats of legal action, over spending which is not true and requests for payment even though I am making payments but they are not doing anything from their side to inform me what the outcome of the investigation is. SIX months pasted and they are still investigating.
FNB is the worst bank I regret moving over!!!
