I was in a accident in Jan 2013 and my car was written of. I have been fighting with my insurance (cams... riscor) since then to have my claim sorted.

I was told by the insurance that they need the INATIS documentation so that they can pay but the bank said they can only send it when they recieved payment.

I was given a number for the Legal and claims department at wesbank but I keep on ending up back at the call centre.

What should I do to have this sorted out??? It has been four months and nobody is doing any thing!!!
