Bad Service Sanlam

I have been struggling with Sanlam since 03 April. They have taken our new policy amount together with the one that was cancelled from my account. I have phoned the head-office, local office, our Advisor all to no joy as to tell me when the money will be returned to my account. I spend 20 min at a time on the telephone but still can not be helped. Nobody phones me back to even gives feedback and to get hold of the Vanderbijlpark office is just a waste of time, IF someone answers they cannot help me. I am very concerned about this bad service, how is Sanlam going to assist me or my husband if one of us passes. Seriously considering changing to another company. Can someone please contact me urgently with feedback! Thank you
