On coming back to work from maternity leave i was informed by Discovery that i no funds in my savings for visits and medication. I phoned and found out that they had paid my sons high care stay at the hospital from my savings portion. I phoned several times and was told that they would solve it and they would get back to me and they never did. After two weeks of getting no joy i decided to phone Tshepo who was extremely helpful and professional and she assured me that she would investigate the matter on my behalf. SAME DAY i got positive feedback and the issue was solved.
