Bad Admin Of New Account causing Financial loss

Recently took my whole business from Another bank after over 25 years away for really poor service to FNB as I myself have been with them problem free, till now! Have been struggling for a year now to move from banks Now after just over 2 months I have discovered to my shock that FNB opened my account not with a R 0 Balance but with a R 120 000 Overdraft balance as well as still struggling to receive any bank statements as well as the fact that debit orders still being debited from my old account that does not exist so now i have 2 overdraft accounts as thy neglected to make it a priority to see that everything was in place before opening the account. All this is a result of bad management and admin as there is a lot of fingers being pointed and I am on the short end of FNB, s mistakes and its ruining my business...
