STANDARD BANK BECKED LENDING

I applied for STANDARD BANK BECKED LENDING on April 03 2013, I phone in after a week to check if my application forms were recieved and yes they were recieved and still in a process, I was told I will be contacted in three days time, but no one did that, I kept on enquiring for several times and after two months I was told my application has gone for Credid check. but no one has ever called Me to tell about the state of my application, untill I called in again and be told my application was DECLINED, my worry is why I was never be contacted, I think they STD owes Me explanation. I was not treated fairly in this/and I would like my application be re-considered.
