POOR SERVICE

I'm a holder of a FNB platinum cheque account that's been active for the past almost 10yrs and I have never experienced a problem until the 25 March 2013 when all of a sudden my account was DUE FOR CLOSURE... And Nobody at FNB knows WHY!! I made numerous trips to my branch at Melrose Arch that week and the Manager finally activated my account, she said she sent an e-mail to head office enquiring why it was due for closure and yet up until today no one got back to me. I was so inconvenienced because in that time no money could be transferred into my account and I even received my salary 1 week later!

And now all of a sudden my device account is sent to Maharaj Attorneys for no valid reason, which I don't understand because my device has been debited EVERY MONTH from my account.
I've been phoning every day to find out WHAT THE IS GOING ON?? But no one can explain to me... I've even e-mailed fnb with no response. Can someone that is highly qualified and know's what is going on PLEASE CALL ME URGENTLY! Im really concidering changing Banks!
