I placed my comment on HP again on 20/09/13, re the closure of my account. No response as yet, as well as per feedback on 13/09/13 from Vanessa La Rocha that they would investigate & get back to me.
Well Some Follow Up system you have! No - one to date has made contact via email or sms (Dont bother phoning) to advise that this account is now closed. Futhermore I received a statement from TFG but no indication that this account is closed!
