SETTLEMENT LETTER

I've been queried by Wesbank after requesting finance for a vehicle after keeping my credit portfolio up to date for 2 years now, now everything is on hold because of an old account which was handed over and paid already, I KINDLY requested a SETTLEMENT LETTER from Nimble group yesterday already and i have not received it yet. No my finance is on hold cause i cant get my vechile. Please help me urgently
