I am not happy at all with FNB!!! The first time around it took 24 hours to get a settlement letter and once we decided to go through our own insurance FNB decided to take 2 weeks and counting with the settlement letter. This is unacceptable! Our car is written off and the insurance cannot pay out because FNB is so slow and is not even trying to communicate with us on what the hold up is.
