To say I'm frustrated and not impressed with the service Multiply is offering would be a gross understatement.

I received a call from one of your service consultants and she advised me that all was in order and I could use my Multiply card.

On Friday the 5th April 20013 I went to Montecasino to watch a movie at Numetro. My card was not active and I had to pay R33 instead of R19. To add to my frustration I go onto the website to try and earn some points and nothing is working. What the is going on with my Multiply account?

I dont expect to be treated this way Im paying for Multiply and if it doesnt add any value to my life whats the point of having multiply?
