I have logged in excess of 20 fittrack training entries during the month of January. Momentum advised that the interface between Fittrack and Multiply is not working but that "business analysts have been working round the clock to have it fixed". So they have worked a full month round the clock and its still not working.
As a result, i am sitting with thousands of points that need to be allocated from Fittrack to Multiply. Whats the point of being a partner with Multiply when your interface does not even work?
