I was involved in a bumper bashing in Sept/Oct 2011, the matter was resolved and I had my repairs done. But in Nov/Dec 2012 i had to repair/replace my aircon system, due to incompetence from my insurer/inspector, which never notice the total extend of the damage. When i notified them of my discontent, after their investigation, they said that it was wear and tear. This is impossible, due to the intercooler being pushed up against the condensor after the accident it caused the aircon system to fail. If this was repaired in 2011 when it was supposed to be repaired I would not have had this problem.
