I am really disappointed in the service we received from installing our Bavaria Airconditioning unit as of the 14th of April 2011.
o 2KO International paid R10716 for an aircon that has caused us much damage
o As of the first rain in 2011 the aircon unit started leaking and we had several teams out to come and sort out the problem the last 2 years.
o People we have dealt with
o Heini, Dawie, Michael, Jaco and Deon
o Recently we had 2 a team out from Francois your subcontracts to fix the following problems
o Leakage of the aircon
o Unit does not want to switch on
o I refused to pay Francois (BLEULER AIR-CONDITIONING) and advised them that we will pay them as soon as the first rain come and I can confirm the problem is solved as we have had this problem for 2 years
You would understand my frustration this morning when I came into the office and see that the damage is worse than before causing all our company documents to get wet.
Do note my expectations from Bavaria is that you will have a team out still this morning to fix the aircon if not then I will have to look at legal actions regarding this matter.
