For the first time in 28 years, I had to claim for of motor vehicles-both my vehicles simultaneously by the same same gang of. Both vehicles Netstar vehicle recovery devices delivered no results and I was left to file a claim with Virgin Money for the loss. Neels de Jager dealt with my claim in his capacity of Senior Loss Adjuster. Not only did he settle my claim within 10 working days, he also made the effort to follow up with the SA Police and Netstar to establish all the facts surrounding the. In my honest opinion, Neels did more investigative work than the SA Police to obtain case relevant information. He kept me informed on a regular basis and I gained real confidence in him and my insurer Virgin Money to honour their insurance obligations. This they indeed did in a manner that was hassle-free and tranparent to me as customer. Thanks Neels and Virgin Money Insurance. You make life and living in South Africa a lot easier and re-instill confidence with your valued assistance in time of loss, etc, as opposed to those who put their own selfish, greed-lined pockets and hidden agendas first.
