My car was involved in an accident in December 2013 and ended up being a write-off. The service I received from Virgin Money was outstanding from claim process to pay-out. I did not have to fill any forms or struggle in anyway and the payment was as expected (meaning I was happy with the pay-out) and it was on time. I'm just sorry I cannot be with them anymore as my fee was too much for me on the new car but I would recommend Virgin Money to anyone as they deliver on their promises. Thank you so much for making my life to be easier.
