Virgin Money Insurance: Sublime Savings & Service

I moved my short term insurance to Virgin Money from 1 March 2012. This was based on the very competitive quotes offered which were 40% less than my previous insurers premiums. Sadly, both my vehicles were on 15 March 2013 (claim is currently in progress) and despite this, Virgin Money is still quoting very favourable premiums to insure both my new vehicles-up to 40% less than I expected. The support and outstanding customer service provided by Virgin Money insurance call centre and support staff has further reinforced my confidence in entrusting my short term insurance needs to Virgin Money. All policy changes and requests are dealt with in a most friendly, efficient manner and this proficiency is consistently delivered by all call centre staff I have engaged with during the past 13 months. Calls are also answered quickly (no more than a minute waiting time) with no hanging around for 15 minutes or longer for assistance as is the case with many other volume driven call centre operations.
