After my ordeal with Virgin Money for my initially repudiated claim for my damaged laptop, I am happy to report that the Company did in fact review my claim on 15 May 2013 and paid out the exact amount of the repair into my bank account today. My confidence with them had indeed been restored. When speaking to the consultant yesterday, I emphasised the fact that I am an honest person that would never put in a false claim although many had said to me afterwards that I should have just reported that the laptop was instead of telling Virgin Money the truth. Well I prayed about the matter, left it in 's hands. My honesty eventually paid off and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you Virgin Money, keep up with doing Insurance like it should be.
