This is now the second time Discovery failed to deliver my cards. The first time they were supposed to deliver at my office in Pretoria and they didn't pitch. The second time I've agreed with the person on the phone (guess a call center) to deliver the cards on Friday at 16h00. Friday morning at 09h00 some guys phones me to tell me he's waiting at my house to deliver the cards! Now another appointment needs to be made for delivery!!! What the, I'm sick and tired of lack of communication between the call centers/card divisions and the people who do the physical delivery.
