My wife opened a new account and FNB online services was exceptional until we get to deal with the courier company that have to deliver the card. They arrange time for delivery and then never show up, but phone a hour after the arranged time and give a lame excuse why they did not show up.
THIS COURIER/ DELIVERY COMPANY put FNB in a bad light on service delivery.
