Discrepensy with my debit order billing

This is the email I sent to Libert Life policy services.

Herewith my 3 months bank statement as per my conversation with your agent last Thursday. I promised to send it through so we can sort out my query regarding premiums that I'm behind and so we can all come into arrangement and way forward on my lapsing policy situation.

The consultant that I spoke to last said I'm 5 months behind and my banking details were not showing on your system but as far as I know it's only February and March that you did not debit from my ABSA account.

And what I'm finding to be up holing is that I have received an sms from Liberty notifying of premium increase a few days ago

What's annoying now is that the people that I spoke to this morning are not willing to authorise a special debit for all my outstanding debit orders to go off at once on the 26/04/13. Can someone from higher level assist me with my query please
