I am working for a service provider and had a horrible experience with getting the documents i requested. being sent left, right and centre i eventually saw Lauretta's number on one of multiple no use junk emails i received and gave her a call. After moaning groaning screaming and actually just being a complete drama queen she staid calm and got all the details form me (which multiple consultants have taken) and then the miracle happen, she actually ASSISTED me! Great service, royal service! That lady definitely need a bells, one to give her new energy after dealing with me and then a good increase to keep her there. shes a jewel to you guys, shes fast, accurate and down to the point.
