Idirect helped me release my car on the 26th February and i was suppose to pay R200.00 pro rata but i was suprised when they debited R1447.00 and i called to cancel the insurance but was told end of February they will not debit but they did end of the month an amount of R830.97. which does not make sense.and all this time i cancelled the insurance but they still taking money from my account, and again when i call am told to produce a proof that i have an insurance what nonsense is dat its like am not allowed to cancel when am not happy. i have to run around waste my petrol and airtime ..i sent proof of my insurance but no one cancelled the premium.i think idirect take advantage of people and waste time to want proof and all that.
