On about 2 Jan I submitted report on Nedbank's failure to activate my retrenchment cover on credit card. Got reply the very next day. Since then had two phone calls threatening me with legal action after I explained situation to them. Now received sms stating I am handed over to legal dept, despite nedbank deducting 500 from my account. Still no reply as from 4 Jan. Do they stand to their motto that they make things happen? NOOO
