Waste of time

I recently switched from ABSA to FNB on my wife's recommendation. I completed the forms, and e-mailed them to the relevant departments. Firstly i took advantage of their debt transfer option on the credit card only to be told days after month end that they had not received my forms. only after re-sending them to the same address did they endeavor to [pay the 2 accounts - Not to worry though, cause I covered the extra interest incurred on those accounts to settle them cause they were not paid on time. Secondly, on the 11th of July I sent the forms for the debit order switch. In good faith, I contacted my salaries department to change my details but here is the problem - FNB now say they never received THESE forms EITHER! now i will have debits going off my Absa account that will be returned for non payment because even if I do transfer all my salary back to Absa it will take 2 days to clear! and on top of that I will still be liable for the costs of transferring the money and for the costs of having unpaid debits! - strange how in both instances i re-sent the same paperwork to the SAME addresses and they miraculously receive them the second time around... so far i am not impressed
