Nedbank - Poorest service ever!

I made arrangements for a lower payment whilst on maternity leave for 4 months. Done the same in 2011 without any problems with Nedbank a previous time. All confirmed and fine. Several phone calls later and all still fine. The arrangement of R750 was deducted from my account every month. Went back to work. Phoned and arranged for normal debit order to go off monthly and an extra amount. Received letter, sms's and phone calls that I was handed to the credit bureau for a bad payer! I cant believe that. After I have made arrangements and all was fine and confirmed. I have all the references and correspondence. I had numerous problems with this loan since the beginning. Trying to cancel before the money was deposited into my account and Nedbank paid the monies in. Then I tried to pay the monies back which was a catastrophe. Debit orders went off anytime of the month whenever I had money in my account. Total embarrassment because I had to pay builders with that money. Went into the bank then they only had me calling the call center. No help! No email addresses always just call centre and phone calls. Really hard to have proof when working like that. I want this fixed and my name cleared
