UPSET FNB CLIENT

I reported my atm card missing on Monday when i called fnbs call centre they cancelled it and said they will send me a new card it is Friday already and i need to access my account. i call my branch who is in Bellville and asked whether i can draw money over the counter from my cheque account in the mean while, they said no i must go to my closest fnb and get a replacement card. i walk to the thibault square one stood in a long line during my break at work to be asked by one of the ladies behind the counter what i am here for then she said she only does sttements i must wait for the guy sitting next to her. i get to him explain what happened then after asking me a thousand questions they tell me theres no replacement cards and i cannot access my money without the cards. Then they have the nerve to send me to another branch which is to far to walk to and dont even call that branch to find out if they have replacement cards. NOW WHAT THE AM I SUPPOSE TO DO NOW. FNB IS TREATING ME LIKE I WANT TO BORROW MONEY OR TO ASSIST ME IS A FAVOUR TO ME. I really feel like closing my cheque account with them as this is very bad service. THERE SLOGIN SHOULD BE FNB HOW CAN WE GET RID OF YOU.
