System Error... Pfffft

I have a personal loan with FNB which I acquired whilst I worked for them up until the 20th of March. I phoned on the 27th of February and was sent a settlement quotation which amounted to R10856.00 and I thought great so when I get my pension pay out I will pay that off and by that time I'm sure the amount would have decreased as another payment had gone off my salary on the 20th of March which was after I received the quotation. So I phoned again today to inquire about my NEW and probably LOWER settlement amount right? Well now I in actual fact owe FNB Personal Loans an EXTRA 441.20 and my new settlement amount is R11268.71. When I queried this I was told that I was in fact in arrears which I find hard to believe seeing as I had paid on the 20th and would therefore be up to date. Sooooo I got pushed from pillar to post and eventually ended up at payroll who said I was in arrears of R33.00 and THEN said "oh wait thats a system error in fact and your not in arrears, we will send a mail to admin and MAYBE by tuesday you can phone back and try again." Are you kidding me... I dont owe teh 11K and WANT this rectified by MONDAY not Tuesday when FNB staff feel like working again.
