DISAPPPOINTED BY TREATMENT FROM FNB

I have been banking with FNB for over 6 years. In 2009 I lost my job and my account was inactive for a while. As a result it ended up being on a debit balance of R800 without my knowledge. This resulted as a default on my credit record. This was paid in full and sorted (so I thought). After the default was removed, FNB offered me a gold credit card and a platinum cheque account. I was also offered a loan and an overdraft facility& a phone
However, they refused to consider my joint home loan application with my husband saying that they have had 'bad experiences' with me in the past! My husband has been banking with FNB for 17 years! Why do they offer me all these credit facilities while I am 'NOT WORTHY ENOUGH ' to get the most important thing, a HOME LOAN?? My car was financed by another bank because they declined that as well!
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW I FEEL ABOUT FNB AT THE MOMENT! This is just uncalled for and my husband and I are thinking of changing to another bank since they are showing us more loyalty, trust and support than the bank which I was once an employee of and been banking with for almost a decade!! FNB, HOW CAN WE 'NOT' HELP YOU!!!
