Need payback for accounts been double paid

I have a complaint about absa not refunding money that went into an unclaimed fund.

I have an estate that is handled by Absa, soon after the passing of my late husband I paid all dept, after two years, I asked it to be followed up if any accounts have been double paid, and a mail went back to the executors that an amount for lawyer fees and for a car was double paid and needs to be paid out to me, that was last year May. Till now I have had no replies to any email, any phone call whatsoever. It is said it went into an unclaimed fund under my late husband's name.

A person called Sinazo in absa bank has been our last attempt, and no reply again! My estate was straight forward, no dept, and just me as a beneficiary. But its been taking 2 and a half years of fighting absa and doing all the work for them.

I just want my money paid back to me.
