On the 8th i logged a complaint and standard bank came back to me regards to the complaint but i am still unhappy due to the unpaid amount that was said that they going to return it has still not being done and its still not paid back into my account and once again like i said in my previous report standard bank allows there transactions to go into the minus like now on my account -R13.28 but when you are short of 66 cents they dont allow the client to go into the minus. They called me aswell for an overdraft but once again standard bank didnt provide, same like a few years back they didnt want to give me nothing not even a garage card with R1000 limit it was the same time that i wanted to make a loan for R10000 witch i oviously didnt get but when i went to fnb they gave me a gold cheque card and i got a loan for R10000 with them a few years back where my own bank didnt want to give me nothing thats why i canceld my acc with standard bank a few years back after how many years banking with them i made the same mistake for opening a bank account with them yet again. I have had it up to here i am considering canceling again and going back to my old bank fnb my account is still open
