NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER CARE (HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU)

I applied for a home loan witch took months to be granted after a complaint with Hello Peter. My loan was granted for 900 000 and I went to sighn the contract and asked them if there were any special conditions
witch they said none so I just faught for a better intrest rate witch was granted. On this basis I assumed
that all is done so I went and paid transfer duties before hand. Then I received an e-mail witch asked me if I have sold my current property as this was a special condition in the contract this is after I asked the branch if al
was in order and onley faught for a better intrest rate. Then they came back and said that the rental income was never taken into consideration so I then sent them all info on this with no effect. Lastley I asked them do they now have an answer witch the now replied they need to see that the rental income is paid into my account and not my wife's so I again arranged with the rental agent to give me confirmation that this will be done but as always no end to this problem this is now almost 6 months. The worst of it all is that I baught the property from my boss and now l look like the that witch FNB has made of me. Bad news
