I updated my car insurance this last week with Jarred Greyling and without my knowledge or approval, a debit order went off on my account on the 23rd. As I had no knowledge of said debit order, and there weren't sufficient funds available in my account, I was charged R65 for an unpaid charge. This is unacceptable and I want it sorted out by Monday afternoon, July 29th. The charge will be reversed with my bank and I will be contacted and informed why this happened and an apology will be made.
