Unpaid debit R138 but debit order is R137??

I had a unpaid debit order to the amount of R137 that went off the account, so the bank reverses that money however they take a fee of R138?
I understand that I should have made funds available however the matter remaains the debit order unpaid amount is more then the debit order and yet that is reversed but the fee's stay?

Contacted the call centre and the response was "sorry but we can do nothing!!!)
