Sorry that I have to go through Hello Peter, but there's no option to report the following on Nedbank's web page: Every few months I receive an sms from Nedbank about a personal loan (which I never took out, because I've never been a Nedbank client). The newest: "Nedbank approved your personal loan and funds will reflect in your account soon. Your 1st installment is due 1/08/13 and payable on your salary date 20/08/13" (which is also not my salary date). Evidently someone is using my phone number, but why Nedbank can't check this amazes me. If it was a once off thing I could understand it as maybe a typo error, but it really happens every few months for a while now, and it's definitely not me who took out the loan. Please check your records, and maybe think about improving your security drastically.
