Poor Service No Delivery of Promise

I had a breakdown of my car last year in July. I took it to a major service place in Pretoria. I insured my car during the beginning of July and after my car standing 3 months at the service centre I discovered half of the engine was missing at the Service Centre. I let King Price know about the and after more than a month they informed me that they were NOT going to pay the amount out, but they promised they would pay my payments back. Justin Williams said that King Price has a meeti9ng every Friday and thats where they discuss 'special' problems. He told me that he would email me during December and never did. I sent him an email in February and still has not responded to me. I reckon King Price is only King while you are paying my Premiums. Outsurance said that they would equal or beat any price that King Price gives me. This has been going on since December 6 2012. Poor Service
