Iwyze is increasing its premium ridiculously high and with no valid reason provided. I have been with Iwyze for 2 years, I have not claimed and my premiums have always been up to date. I paid R848.29 in July as my premium, and in August they increased my premium to R1, 171.11 just because they say my premium is up for review. There is no valid reason they provided for such an exorbitant increase except that its how the systems rates me. When I ask them to lower the premium, they lower it by less than R50.
Because the value of my car is decreasing, I expect my premiums to decrease. How does Iwyze justify increasing my premiums by 38.06%? This is not on.
