I have been requesting a premium reduction for so long that it is becomign pathetic. Please kindly contact me and reduce my premium. I am really not happy with this premium as I have never claimed since I have had my car 5 years now. And all I get from Out surance is premium increases. As a customer I don't feel appreciated. You advertise and say "At Out you always get something out". But I definitely haven't had anything out at Outsurance. I always have to beg for premium reductions every single year. My premium need to be below R450.00 and my excess should stay the same on R1000.00. You keep increasing my excesses without even consulting me. My radio excess has also gone up, incident driver excess has gone also from R3000.00 to R3400.00 without consulting me. This is really not on!!! whats the point of choosing an excess amount if you are going to increase it anyway without my approval or request???
You care so much about getting new customers and care less about your current customers who have been with you for many years!!!
