I must say I was a bit wary after reading all the complaints on this site about 24hr Mobility, after I logged my claim.

I just want to thank Megan Hope who referred me to the person actually handling my claim @ Finrite. Her response times to my emails were excellent.

The service I received from the people who handled the claim was average. I would recommend that you please keep your clients informed at regular intervals on what's happening with their repairs, rather than waiting for the client to enquire. This will really boost your customer satisfaction.

I was really pleasantly surprised to receive my repaired phone back within two weeks of sending it in for repairs. Again this was sent back to me without informing me that it was fixed and on its way. Luckily one of my colleagues signed for it as I was not in the office at the time. But I got it back within a respectable time. Thank you!

My overall experience was good & I would like to thank everyone involved.
