We are currently in process of obtaining a home loan from FNB.
On the 8th March FNB notified our bond originator that our final grant was in order.
It is now nearly a month later and there has been NO word from FNB on when the actual guarantees to the lawyers would be forthcoming.
If FNB don't provide me with some clarity on this issue, I will be forced to consider other alternatives to finance my home, which would include myself finding another bank for my cheque account and credit cards.
