I opened an account with FNB in november 2013, where Thandi Malesane helped me to open the account telephonic. She told me that if I paid R500 into my bank account within 10 working days, I will receive 5000 e-bucks points. My full salary was paid into this acc within a few days. Thandi never even applied for my e-bucks card. In December, I phoned to find out about my points that still doesn't show on my account. That is when I was told the e-bucks card was never ordered. They ordered a e-bucks card for me and it would've been delivered within 21 workings days. Haven't received the card. I phoned again, they cancelled the card and ordered a new one. Again - will be delivered within 21 working days, or I can BUY a e-bucks card at Dis-chem!!! I already phoned FNB call centre a few times, asking for Thandi, but she is either on lunch, not at her desk, on leave or who knows what. Every time I leave a message with my tel nr for Thandi to phone me back, but that also doesn't happen. I even asked that a supervisor must phone me to explain what is going on, but that doesn't even happen!!! Is this only a???
