For the past 1-2 years (since Aug 2011) I have been experiencing problems receiving all 3 the e-statements on a monthly basis. I have tried various avenues, calling their action line, e-mails, direct numbers to assist (have changed now so cant do that anymore) and visited my local branch. Last month, February 2013, one of the e-statements was not received again. I eventually spoke to "Riefaat" (13/3/13) that promised me the problem is solved and should it happen again that I should e-mail him direct on [Email Removed] which I did in the morning of 3/4/13 and now 4/4/13 in the afternoon I have still not heard from anybody. I went to the Birchleigh North branch to lodge a complain and was advised to rather do it on hellopeter as they do not get any positive response from anybody in their company. It is very frustrating to sit with the same problem for such a long time and nobody is able to reslove it. Even the people at the branch has got no positive way off resloving the problem.
Maybe a different bank could be the option!
