NO ASSISTANCE RECEIVED... AT ALL

I SEND A REQUEST TO [Email Removed] AS PER THE INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THE CALL CENTRE REGARDING THE REVERSAL OF A PAYMENT THAT WAS MADE IN ERROR ON THE GARAGE CARD. TODAY, 2 DAYS LATER I GOT A RESPONSE FROM FNB THAT WE SHOULD SEND A REQUEST TO FNBCARD (WHICH WE DID INITIALLY). WE WHERE ALSO INFORMED TO PHONE THE CALL CENTRE. WE PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AND NO-ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST. CALL CENTRE AGENTS KEEP SENDING US FROM PILLAR TO POST AND OUR TIME IS RUNNING OUT. I WANTED TO TRANSFER THE MONEY TO MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT FOR OUR DEBIT ORDERS THAT IS SUPPOSE TO GO OF THE 7TH.
