No assistance with Flexi bond

Good day,

My bond was registered with FNB on 28 Jan 2013.
I have requested from the beginning for it to be a flexi bond, so that I can have access to the additional funds that I deposit.

For the past two months nothing was done in this regard.
I must have phoned the call centre more than 20 times. For the majority of the time the system was offline and nobody could assist me! Apparently my request is on the system, but I've had numerous promises that my bond will be converted to a flexi bond "within 48 hours" - it is 2 months later and I am still waiting!

I went into an FNB branch (Woodmead), but was told that the only way to resolve this is to phone the call centre.
I have written a mail to [Email Removed] on 20 March, but to date I have not had a response.

Today the Home loan call centre system is down yet again! I was asked to phone back (yet again!) tomorrow!

I am at the end of the line and running out of options, time and patience.
As a new customer, the service, assistance and zero response I have received to date is extremely worrying!

Please assist!
